Thressy is an experienced Operations Manager at Choices Therapy Services. She has 25 years of experience in Hospitality Leadership and Community Coordination. Thressy serves on the Ankeny Head Start Policy Council Board and is a member of The Women in NAACP Committee. Thressy is the Business Administrator & Editor for Urban City Magazine, where she also coordinates small business owner's events that allow businesses to thrive and generate local revenue. Thressy is heavily involved in volunteer work throughout Iowa such as food drives, Habitat for humanity, political campaigns, community outreach programs, and much more. She takes pride in her heritage and finds a way to push back for communities that suffer from inequality, racial disparities, and gender wage gaps.

Megan is the first point of contact when reaching out to CTS. She is the helpful voice on the other end of the phone and the friendly face you will see when you walk through our doors.
Megan’s role is to provide assistance to our clients, offer administrative support, and assist others with various projects.
Megan has many years of experience in customer service and in the mental health field. Megan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and is currently working towards receiving her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand View University.
