Behavioral Heath Intervention Services are supportive, directive, and teachable interventions that are provided in a community based environment, most often in the family home.
The services are designed to improve the individual's level of functioning and quality of life when living with a mental illness. BHIS assist individuals and families to learn age-appropriate skills to manage behavior and regain control of their lives.

Aalia is passionate about helping families build strong and positive relationships. She is dedicated to helping children develop healthy coping mechanisms and life skills for a successful future. As a Behavior Health Intervention Specialist, Aalia utilizes age-appropriate interventions to promote healthy behavior. Prior to joining CTS, Aalia worked as a crisis counselor with many children and families who have experienced trauma. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and has a combined 3 years of experience in the mental health profession. She is currently working towards becoming a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
